• Electrical panel, protections, terminals

2) Water Quality Monitoring

• pH, conductivity, hardness, alkalinity
• Blowdown rate and chemical treatment
• Biofilm and corrosion indicators
• Filter/strainer and by-pass checks

3) Fill & Nozzle Cleaning

Scaling and clogging reduce heat transfer. Planned cleaning helps reduce energy costs.

• Nozzle distribution: uniform spray
• Fill surface: clogging and damage
• Basin: sludge/sediment cleaning

4) Fan & Drive Checks

• Bearings, lubrication and heat
• Belt tension and pulley alignment
• Fan balance and loose connections
• Vibration trend (if available)
